- If the site plan has no information about buildings on adjacent sites, mapping websites such as Google Maps, NearMap or Apple Maps can provide information about neighbouring
buildings. - Map websites that provide a 3D or street view can also give useful information about the height of neighbouring buildings and terrain.
- Some map websites even allow you to
measure the size of adjacent buildings and the distance of these buildings from the dwelling you are rating.
