Clarification on using BERS in the N.T

Assessor question:

I was just after some clarification on using BERS in the N.T. Please.

I was under the impression that I should be using Bers 4.4 in the N.T. As they are only using a 5-star minimum And in the current version of BERS 5.2, when you are in the location page and have the map of Australia in front of you, the N.T. is Grey with no reference to an implementation date.

However, the Building Note 113 attached makes reference (Pg 2 – see below) to Current software – I’m now under the impression it is to be Bers 5.2 – with No whole of home assessment. Can you please confirm this for me.
