I have two zoning questions:

• Design incorporates an attic as a storage space with ladder access which has an openable window. Max av wall height 1700. On first glance it would seem this is not a habitable space and therefore not modelled as a zone? If so, would it be modelled as a ventilated roof space even though there is only one window and no cross ventilation?

• Same design has a bathroom with no external openings but it does have openable Velux skylights specified. Would this mean the space could be designated unconditioned, since the skylights can be manually opened?
