What information needs to be displayed on the NatHERS certificate with regard to Lot and ‘DP number’? Is the ‘LP’ to be included?

- The property identification information just needs to make sure that the NatHERS rating certificate is connected without question to a specific dwelling.
- The street address is usually sufficient for this purpose.
- Sometimes a sub-division lot number is all that is available prior to council allocation of street numbers.
