Assessor Question:
Just wondering if you have three units and two get over 6 stars and one is at 5.8 stars, is there a way it can gat an average rating?

- Unit averaging is used for Class 2 buildings where the average score must be 6 Stars min but where any individual unit must be 5 Stars min.
- For Class 1 Buildings, all must be 6 Stars min.
- Apart from a potential to assess a total project average performance as a possible performance solution in terms of energy efficiency and greenhouse gas emissions as far as regulatory compliance is concerned there is a consumer expectation that individual class 1 buildings all deliver 6 Star min results.
