Assessor Question
Can you please clarify when modelling if a "full" parti wall should be used (per dwelling) or "half" of the parti wall (per dwelling)

- The NatHERS model requires the full assembly details of any construction surrounding the dwelling being rated.
- The thermal mass of an assembly as well as thermal heat flow resistance are critical.
- Selection of Neighbour for elements shared with an adjoining dwellings just sets the thermostat for the ambient conditions of the volume adjoining the subject dwelling.
- The Neighbour designation means that heat flow is effectively zero because the temperature on either side of the element is nominally the same.
