I am considering using IDEAL UPVC windows and I dont quite know how to enter in the excel sheet.

There are 2 ways of entering windows, either by number or by m2. If you windows are mostly around the 1.2x1.5 size then you can use the "No." assembly. If there's a lot of variance it would be best to use the m2 assembly, and enter the total m2 of windows (measuring from outside to outside of window jamb).
There's a section in training Video 4, ~27min 30 sec in, where I go through entering windows.
